I am a novice on the Lennox Independent Your Turn. I came across it when I looked up my brother (Kevin Slimp) on Google. I reguistered so that I could comment on the photos he posted. I checked my aol email a bit ago (I have a habit of not checking for days on end) and saw the "kelli wants to be your friend on Your Turn!" note. I glanced at your musical tastes - who is Brendan Benson?

Thanks for the support. I read all of the articles and look at style and angle and see if I can gain anything from them. I have learned a great deal from reading your column and the others as well. I tend to look at things from a psychological/humorous veiw. I have to tell you the crow articlces are something else. I send my column to people and tell them I am between my fellow writters the "crow" and the "cat". I would not have it any other way. So much flavor for a small town paper. It just drips of personality I think. I love when people just stand up and say "this is who I am", and the paper does just that. It's alot of fun.
